Everything between the announcement and the settlement
Most ticketing stops at checkout. TazTix keeps going: the gate, the box office, the walk-ups, and the statement you hand the board.

Built for the hour before doors
The parking lot is full, the line is out the door, and the volunteer at gate two has never done this before. TazTix is built for that hour.

Every gate scans
Volunteers check people in on their own phones. Scanning catches a ticket that was already used.
02
Walk-ups at the box office
Tickets, merch, and donations on one register, with Stripe Terminal or Square card readers.
03
Will-call without a list
Look buyers up by name, email, or phone when they arrive without their ticket.
04
Settle before you lock up
A live count of who is in, and a settlement statement for the show when the night is done.

Connect your processor
Link Stripe, Square, or Authorize.Net for each location. Ticket money settles to that account, not ours.

Build the event once
Artwork, ticket types, caps, and a presale if you want one. Clone it for the next game, show, or night of the run.

Sell, scan, and settle
Share the link, scan at the door on any phone, ring up walk-ups at the box office, and close out with a settlement PDF.

Straight answers
What is TazTix?
Ticketing software for organizations that run their own events — schools, venues, theatres, leagues, festivals, and nonprofits. You get branded event pages, presales, gate scanning, a box office, and settlement reporting in one system.
What does it cost?
$0.95 per ticket sold, with no monthly fee. No setup fee and no contract. Card processing is billed by your own processor.
Where does the money go?
To your own Stripe, Square, or Authorize.Net account, on your processor's schedule. TazTix does not hold ticket sales in a platform balance.
Can buyers see the fees before they pay?
Yes. Event pages show prices with fees before checkout. You choose whether buyers pay the fees or you absorb them, per event or per ticket type.
Do we need special scanners?
No. Staff and volunteers scan QR tickets with the phones they already have. Give them a scan-only login so they cannot see revenue or change events.
Can we sell at the door?
Yes. The box office turns a phone or tablet into a register for tickets, merch, and donations, with Stripe Terminal or Square card readers. Walk-up sales show up in the same reports as online sales.
Can we sell merch and take donations too?
Yes. Merch, donations, and gift cards go in the same cart as the ticket. When you need a full store, fundraising campaigns, or a CRM, TazCart, TazFund, and TazCRM are part of the same suite.
How fast can we go live?
Most organizers publish their first event the same day: connect a processor, create the event and ticket types, and share the link.
Your next event, on sale today
Connect a processor, build the event, and share the link. Pay $0.95 when a ticket sells and nothing in the months you are dark.
