Tournament weekends that run from a phone
Leagues and clubs sell season, tournament, and single-game tickets. Families buy for every sibling in one cart, volunteers run the gate, and payouts land in the league's account.
Sound familiar?
What breaks today
- Parents juggling a separate order for every kid
- Volunteers who were handed a clipboard and a cash box
- Money landing in somebody's personal account

How it runs instead
One cart for the whole family
Siblings and grandparents in a single checkout, with season, tournament, and single-game types.
Volunteer gates
Scan-only logins for volunteers, so the gate crew cannot see revenue or change events.
Payouts to the league
Connect the league's own Stripe or Square account. Money never sits with a coach.
