Ticketing that keeps going after checkout

The event page, the presale, the gate, the box office, and the settlement statement are one system. Here is everything it does.

Sell

Get the on-sale right

01

Event pages & checkout

A branded event page that sells on a phone

Every event gets a page with your artwork, venue map, and a countdown. Ticket types, caps, and a held cart make it hard to oversell. Buyers see prices with fees before they get to the payment screen.

Full details →

Your event, your brand

Description, artwork, venue map and directions, and a countdown to doors on a page that carries your name, not ours.

Ticket types for how you actually sell

Standard single-use tickets, daily passes for multi-day events, season-style passes with their own scan rules, and VIP tiers. Sell several types in one order.

Caps and held carts

Set capacity per ticket type and per event. Tickets in a cart are held behind a visible timer and go back on sale automatically when it runs out.

Fees shown before payment

Buyers see the price with fees on the event page. Nothing new shows up for the first time on the payment screen.

02

Presales & on-sale control

Release tickets on your schedule, to the right people first

Run password-protected presales and access codes for members, fan clubs, and sponsors. Drop inventory in phases, catch demand with a waitlist, and keep bots from getting there first.

Full details →

Presales with access codes

Open a password-protected presale for members, subscribers, or sponsors before the public on-sale.

Timed and phased releases

Schedule when each ticket type goes on sale and release inventory in drops instead of all at once.

Waitlists

When a type sells out, buyers can join a waitlist, so the next release already has a list of people waiting.

Bot screening at the edge

Every order carries a bot score, and Cloudflare WAF and DDoS shielding sit in front of checkout on busy on-sales.

03

Payments & payouts

Your processor, your merchant account, your money

Connect Stripe, Square, or Authorize.Net for each location. Money settles to your account, not a platform's holding balance. You decide who pays the fees on each event.

Full details →

Bring your processor

Stripe Connect, Square, or Authorize.Net, chosen per location. A booster club and the school next door can each use their own.

Wallets at checkout

Turn on Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App per location so buyers can pay without typing a card number.

Pass fees on or absorb them

Choose per event or per ticket type. Add a card surcharge, sales tax, or named fees where you need them.

Refunds and settlement

Refund or void from the portal. Sales and settlement statements export to PDF for the board packet.

Event night

Run the door, then close the show

04

Gate scanning

Fast QR check-in on the phones you already have

Volunteers scan from a phone at every door. Scanning catches duplicates, so a screenshot cannot get two people in, and the arrivals count updates as people walk through.

Full details →

Mobile-first QR scanning

Any staff phone becomes a scanner. Multiple gates can scan the same event at the same time.

Duplicate-aware

A ticket that has already been scanned shows as used, with when it was scanned, so the door can sort it out on the spot.

Scan-only staff

Give volunteers a login that can scan tickets and nothing else.

Will-call lookup

Find a buyer by name, email, or phone when they arrive without their ticket.

05

Box office

Turn any phone or tablet into a register

Sell walk-ups, merch, and donations from one in-person cart. Take cards on a Stripe Terminal or Square reader, print or send the ticket, and see the sale in the same reports as everything sold online.

Full details →

One cart at the door

Tickets and store items in the same in-person sale, so the merch table and the ticket table are not two systems.

Card readers

Tap and chip on Stripe Terminal readers with a manual card fallback, or Square card forms.

Open amounts

A calculator for donations and custom charges, and staff PIN sign-in so you know who rang up what.

Print or send

Print the ticket on the spot or send it by email or text. Walk-up orders land in the same reports as online sales.

06

Reports & settlement

Know what sold, who came, and what you are owed

A live dashboard for orders, revenue, and check-ins. Sales by hour, payment mix, and repeat buyers. A settlement statement for every show.

Full details →

Live dashboard

Orders, tickets sold, revenue, and scanned, unscanned, and pending counts while the doors are open.

Sales and attendance trends

Sales by hour, check-in trends, payment mix by card brand, customers by month, and single vs repeat buyers.

Ticket-level detail

Ticket-type, transfer, comp, refund, void, and redemption reports. Order search shows fees, tax, card brand, and last four.

Settlement per show

Sales and settlement statements with PDF export, so closing out an event does not start with a spreadsheet.

Grow

Sell more than the ticket, and sell the next one

07

Email, text & push

Fill the next show from the people who came to the last one

Your ticket buyers become your list automatically. Send email and SMS campaigns to segments, and opt-outs are honored without a spreadsheet export. No separate email tool required.

Full details →

An audience that builds itself

Every buyer is added to your contacts as they check out. No list exports and no copying people into another tool.

Email and SMS campaigns

Templates and segments for announcements, presale reminders, and the night-before nudge.

Push notifications

Reach buyers who use the app with push notifications for on-sales and event updates.

Opt-outs handled

Unsubscribes and STOP replies are suppressed automatically on every send.

08

Teams & partners

Every location, every role, every promoter

Run several locations and brands under one organization, each with its own payment setup and time zone. Give staff only the access they need, and track sales agents and referral codes.

Full details →

Locations and brands

One organization, many locations. Each one keeps its own processor, payouts, and time zone.

Role-based access

From full admin down to scan-only staff, with access requests and staff PINs.

Sales agents and referral codes

Influencer and agent codes are attributed to the orders they drive.

Sponsors and performers

A performer library, sponsor placements, and social share images for each event.

09

Merch, giving & gift cards

Tickets, merch, and donations in one cart

Sell merch with variants and pickup or shipping, take donations at checkout, and sell gift cards — all in the same order as the ticket. Add TazCart, TazFund, or TazCRM when you need more.

Full details →

Merch in the ticket cart

Shirts, concessions, and parking with variants and inventory, picked up at the event or shipped.

Donations at checkout

Donation tiers, anonymous giving, and a fundraiser shown right on the event page.

Gift cards

Sell gift cards with scheduled delivery, balance check, and redemption at checkout.

Cancel For Any Reason

Offer buyers built-in cancellation protection. A cancelled order is refunded to a gift card for a future show.
