The agreement between TazTix and ticket buyers, including who the contracting seller is and how cancellations and refunds are handled.

It needs drafting against how TazTix actually operates — in particular that the organizer, not TazTix, is the seller of record and takes the payment — and review by counsel before it goes live. Placeholder language would be worse than nothing, because a buyer would reasonably rely on it.
